Name: Figimrgrymnern Velen-Vrusari. Goes by Firyen Zoldyck. Known as Fi within the Zoldyck Family. Called Rin by friends.

Age: 18 in terms of time spent in Mobius as a Human. Over 400 years old in reality, this is as a Velen which takes at least 1000 years to properly mature.
The Velen's biology is very strange and screwy, as they grow physically in direct proportion to their mentality. In Firyen's case, his Human blood skewed the process, so he didn't really start growing as a Human until he began living in Mobius.

Home: The Howling Empire of Vrusari. Located on Yaifias, deep within the Dark Continent. Currently living on Kukuroo Mountain, in the Zoldyck estate.

Affiliation: The Zoldyck Family. Member of the Velen Race. Crown Prince of Vrusari. He's actually classified as a Magical Beast, his true nature being top secret within the V5. Floor Master of the 248th Floor in Heaven's Arena.

Career: His main profession, as a member of the Zoldyck Family, is Assassin. He carries out any assassination contract for the family, but typically only when it comes from Zeno or Silva. On the side, he's a bounty hunter who's always searching for thrills, as well as a freelance agent in all professions involved with placing oneself in danger for a meaningful cause.
He aspires to become a Blacklist Hunter, Crime Hunter, Contract Hunter and Terrorist Hunter primarily, while dabbling in all other specialized fields as long as they provide thrills.

Appearance:
Hunters of the Association Firyen

Character Traits: As a Velen Hybrid, he has black wolf ears and a black wolf tail, which are always visible. His hair can turn from black to a beautiful moon-like silvery white when he's enraged, growing drastically and flowing wildly as if it has a mind of its own; his tail becomes white as well at this time. When assuming his Velen form, he becomes a monstrous, partially humanoid wolf with very thick skin, a large hulking frame and thick silvery white fur.
Firyen is a very honest and honorable person, who believes that breaking a promise is unforgivable. He's typically carefree and easygoing, choosing to take things at any pace he feels like approaching at, though it's usually rather fast. He rarely second guesses himself, primarily relying on his instinct in every aspect of his life. His nose is so keen that he can tell exactly how someone feels by the quality of their scent, allowing him to accurately monitor emotions no matter how well they're hidden. He's an exceedingly good judge of character, leading him to quickly become attached to people he knows he can trust implicitly. He can never get rid of his wild nature, which results in him being rather clingy to his loved ones. As he's fiercely loyal to those he treats with affection, he tends to act a lot like a house dog at times, which is found adorable by those close to him. He also has a habit of licking his loved ones when he's happy or excited. He rarely actually sleeps in a bed and enjoys sleeping outside.
He's uncertain about his blood, and while he does act as befitting of a Velen beast, he prefers to identify as a Human. His bloodline is only known to V5 and the Zoldycks, who keep his status hidden. Thanks to trauma in his past, over being born the first and only Velen Hybrid, he hides his royal lineage from all. While it's far from obvious, he constantly struggles with his Velen urges and the Human capacity for cruelty, which makes him very emotionally unstable at times. Specifically, as Humans are capable of being kinder than any other species, as well as more horrible than any either, his Velen instincts are caught between those two extremes, giving him great difficulty in controlling them. He has admitted that the scar on his cheek, the only one on his entire body that can't heal, was received back in his birthplace, but won't say any more about it.
In regards to the Zoldyck Family, despite being considered a proper member, he doesn't act like one, choosing to defer to them as a sign of absolute gratitude for them giving him the only place he's ever been able to call home. In particular, he's most loyal to Zeno and Silva, who are the reason he's still alive. He loves them both dearly and would do anything for them, even without being asked. While he adores the family, there are caveats. Illumi makes him extremely uncomfortable, thus he tries to avoid him. He finds Milluki extremely entertaining and doesn't take him too seriously. He's very wary of Kikyo, but also fears her hysteria and strives not to upset her. He finds Kalluto to be cute, but also slightly unsettling. He frequently plays games with Maha when he's home. He looks upon Killua and Alluka both as his younger siblings, showering them with the same level of affection with which he treats Zeno and Silva; this creates internal conflict when he finds himself having to choose between Zeno, Silva, Killua and Alluka/Nanika. He also hates the way Alluka and Nanika are treated, but can't bring himself to speak against Zeno and Silva's treatment of them. Of course, those four are absolute in his heart and he'll obey them without hesitation over anyone else. In regards to Nanika, they have a particularly strong bond as fellow creatures of the Dark Continent.
Firyen is also very close to the staff on Kukuroo Mountain, especially Tsubone, Amane, Gotoh and Canary. Tsubone is the one who strictly disciplined him, teaching him to regulate his explosively rampant emotions. Amane is the one who secretly coddled him. Gotoh is the one who helped him learn how to be strict and serious when he has to be. Canary helped him to find a reasonable balance between his duties and his pleasures.
Regardless of how they make him feel, every single inhabitant of Kukuroo Mountain, along with every single member and loyal servant of the Zoldycks are his irreplaceable family. He'll fly into an uncontrollable rage, whenever he realizes that his family has been harmed and can be extremely overprotective of them. This is especially true, of course, when it comes to Killua, Alluka, Silva and Zeno. There have been times where his family would have to use force in order to stop him when he became enraged, as he would lose his bearings completely and revert to a cruel beast driven by hatred and a sense of vengeance.
Speaking of the beasts, he's completely tamed every single terrifying animal owned by the Zoldyck Family, as he can technically be called the King of Beasts. This is also attributed to his natural aura of charisma, which makes it easy for him to win over nearly anyone he's around for an extended period of time.
As part of his quirky nature, he frequently howls at the moon in the nighttime. He enjoys playing around with other animals and pets. He has a habit of growling at others when he's frustrated, or even barking instead of talking when he's upset. He can communicate with other creatures freely. When he goes to sleep, he sometimes takes Velen form subconsciously, which makes him grumpy and moody when he awakens. When he's in pet mode, his loved ones have fun playing fetch and other similar games with him. He's also very weak and susceptible to rewards and treats, which tend to force him into pet mode. Killua has exploited this quirk multiple times in order to get his way when Firyen behaves strictly with him. Alluka and Nanika are the only two who can perfectly tame his beast side, having been seen riding on his back in that form without any danger whatsoever.
He's also an extremely effective trouble magnet, danger seemingly following him around everywhere he decides to go.

Action Statistics: Raised and trained as an assassin by Zeno and Silva Zoldyck, Firyen possesses a unique set of talents, even in comparison to the children of the family. While they're all highly resistant against poison, he's actually outright immune after prolonged exposure to the toxicity of the Dark Continent, which allowed him to adapt completely upon training. He's highly resistant against electricity and pain, though it's been suggested that he doesn't actually feel pain since nobody has ever seen him affected by any type of damage he takes; Killua has noted that Firyen was able to keep fighting without an issue, even after having his arms cut off once. His strength, durability, endurance and speed are off the charts and outright inhuman, leading him to be referred to as a monster. His vitality is immense, leading to an inhuman regenerative factor, which is exemplified by the fact that he was even able to recover from lethal heart damage in less than a month, without any trace of scarring whatsoever. He dislikes weaponry and refuses to rely on any, though this is partly because he can't make himself conform to the proper usage of weapons, thus he's a master martial artist. Thanks to Killua's guidance, he makes no sound while moving as a Human; he's also mastered Rhythm Echo.
As a Velen Hybrid, he boasts the extreme instinct of the feared beasts, as well as the flexible and adaptive intelligence of Humans. While he primarily retains his Human form, he can also transform into a fearsome wolven monstrosity as befitting of his royal blood. His Velen form is only used actively when enraged, as he completely loses himself in hatred while transformed, making him a potential danger to his allies while throwing away his developed skills. His teeth are actually razor sharp, wicked wolf fangs, his jaw boasting immense destructive force which allows him to chew through almost anything he sinks them into. His nails are naturally wolf claws, being as sharp as or even sharper than any blade; he can increase the size of his claws to a degree, in order to control the type of damage they deal. His body is almost unrealistically flexible, as he's been recorded to be capable of moving in ways so awkward that even the Zoldycks would cringe at; his tail actually shares this trait strangely, being capable of moving like it's a proper limb, allowing him to use it to catch and grasp objects accurately. Zeno has theorized that Firyen was born without any of the limiters which protect the Human body, which would explain his ridiculous abilities. Alongside those traits, he also boasts an almost impossible sense of balance, even while airborne, which supports his ability to move in unreal ways. He's also capable of controlling the expansion and contraction of each muscle in his body at will after intensive training, allowing him to actually focus the strength of his body into specific parts, even without Nen; for example, he can exploit the muscle control when attacking with his finger, to make that finger strike with far more force than it would naturally carry.
Firyen, being headstrong and stubborn, approaches most situations head on and boldly. Even during assassinations, he usually (55% of the time) chooses the most direct route to action, despite the fact that he's easily capable of completing his contracts without ever being detected. Thanks to his honest nature, he rarely relies on deceit or tricks, even though he won't dismiss those who do. He always treats his opponents, enemy or not, with respect. His sense of smell is unrivaled, allowing him to track targets with pinpoint accuracy on scent alone, even if they're leagues away from him. His ears are also extremely good, allowing him to pretty accurately locate targets based on sound alone, almost like echolocation. He strikes with a wild flair, almost completely unpredictable since he fights almost entirely on his natural instinct. His allies have commented that he's very alluring to watch in battle, as he's somewhat raw while retaining grace in a natural way.
Of course, that's not to say that he's a fool. No matter how reckless he appears to be acting, he's always using his head. He's skilled at analysis even in the middle of a life or death situation, making it easy for him to tell what will and won't work as he fights. He's quick to adapt, so if one thing puts him at a disadvantage he'll immediately find a way to overcome it and change up his approach. When observing events from the outside, he's able to fluidly describe what's happening in a way that's extremely easy to comprehend and even visualize, so he's been sent on reconnaissance plenty of times. Also thanks to his sense of hearing, he can easily eavesdrop on targets from up to a kilometer away when he's focused.
To those he's attached to, he's endlessly devoted. As such, when playing support, he'll be far more reserved in order to ensure he can protect allies to the best of his ability. When defending another, he'll do whatever he has to in order to succeed. While he typically runs toward danger, he'll choose to run away from it, if it's the best way to save a friend.
As a rule, he has three different settings for approaching combat: Warrior Mode, where he fights fairly and head to head; this is his standard setting. Assassin Mode, where he fights using any means necessary to kill; he only enters this setting when on a contract or when needing to move quickly. And Moderate Mode, where he blends Warrior and Assassin, fighting properly while employing his assassination skills; this can be said to be his strongest setting, only used when he's completely serious in battle.

Nen Type: Specialization with a completely neutral affinity to Enhancement, Transmutation, Emission, Conjuration and Manipulation, which states that his ability with the latter five is directly proportional to the time and effort he's spent training them.
As a Genius, he's been using his unique Nen Ability since before he was formally trained in Nen and Aura.
His hair begins to turn white and grow long when he starts to get emotional. The more this trait takes on, at any time, the weaker his Nen gets. Once the trait completely takes on, he enters a state of Zetsu and becomes unable to use any Nen whatsoever until he returns to normal. This same effect takes place instantly when he takes his Velen form, lasting until he returns to his Human form. He takes care to meditate, not just to temper his Aura, but to expertly regulate his emotions the best he can, as he was taught to by Tsubone.
He made the conscious decision to place his resolve as a person within his Nen, setting Vows and Limitations upon his Nen and Aura in general. His Vows are that he will only use Nen when not ruled by hatred and/or vengeance. His Limitations are that the closer he gets to being driven by hatred or vengeance, the weaker his Nen will become; Also, that he'll enter a state of Zetsu the instant he gives in to hatred or vengeance. He referred to this as his Covenant, which while seeming unreasonable, was actually a choice he made so as to never lose to himself. As his hair turning white and his Velen form are currently tied to hatred and vengeance, he has to refine and control his emotions at all times. When he can't, it makes him weaker and much easier for others to stop him. For example, in Velen form, his state of Zetsu makes it possible for skilled Nen Users to stop him despite his overwhelming physical dominance, whereas that form would be nigh-invincible in Nen without the Covenant. Overall, this Covenant can be characterized by his resolve to always be himself and never lose to whatever negativity he fights against. It should also be noted that anger is able to fuel him, so long as the anger doesn't blind him.
The Covenant is the reason for his neutral affinities and the conditions behind them. It's also possible that, one day, he'll achieve an internal balance that allows him to remain in control even in Velen form.

Aura: He's special in that his natural physical ability is beyond superhuman from the beginning. He doesn't actually use any of the advanced techniques like Ko, as they actually throw him off when he's striking, since they don't feel natural to him. Thanks to his attitude, he also doesn't like or use In. Ten and Ren are the only techniques he relies on to fortify his body.
Ten- He is highly proficient in and maintains Ten 24/7, even during sleep.
Zetsu- He has mastered Zetsu in its entirety, to the point that he can even stalk a Nen Master of Zeno Zoldyck's caliber.
Ren- He is very proficient in Ren and can use the technique fluidly. When angered, his Ren becomes so hostile and vicious that even a proper Nen Master would become intimidated, possibly terrified, by his Aura.
Gyo- He has mastered Gyo in its entirety and can actively use the technique at any time, with instant activation. A special talent of his through Gyo, is that he can activate it on his eyes and memorize what he sees in that instant like a picture, allowing him to utilize Gyo in flashes in order to compare and dissect the Aura Flow of his targets. This allows him to use Gyo without making himself vulnerable.
En- He is proficient in En, but it's actually the technique he has the greatest potential in. Zeno has stated that, although he's far from mastering it, his maximum range is already 200 meters. Zeno believes that he'll be able to use En beyond 5 miles in the future, with nigh-omniscience. He can also freely change the shape of his En, creating tails of Aura, which can stretch even farther in a single direction for more finely tuned detection. The max range of a tail is 1 mile.

Hatsu: Dual Ancestry- Firyen's Nen Ability, which he's been capable of using since his childhood. At its heart, this unique Hatsu gives him the ability to call upon the souls/spirits of his ancestors, both Velen and Human alike, which originally manifested only to protect him, without his will or awareness. These ancestral spirits take hold in the material world as pure energy; the Velen spirits are a deep and royal velvet colored energy, while the Human spirits are a jet black colored energy. These dual energies typically converge in a shifting velvet black when in use, giving him the power to unleash them upon targets in their raw state.
This is technically his only Hatsu, but establishing his Covenant also gave him the ability to refine this Specialist Ability and create different functions for it, through training in the other five Types. The base form of his Hatsu is typically only used as a reflex, which can protect him and destroy targets with extreme force. This base form is technically the most powerful, but it's the most draining, which is the reason he sought to refine the skill and adopt the traits of the other Nen Types.
He utilizes Gyo and Ren in tandem, in order to control his Aura and adjust the output of energy with all of his skills.

Soul Amplified- Through the study of Enhancement, both ancestral spirit energies evenly forge around Firyen's body like form-fitting armor of velvet black, tempering his physical form to fortify his might. This ability increases his physical strength, his resistance to Nen attacks, his general defense and also enhances his natural senses even further. When using this technique alongside others, the effects can be lessened. When focused only on this technique, his might can be skyrocketed.
He can also selectively fortify certain parts of his body if necessary, which allows him to use other techniques more effectively at the same time.

Wolf Head- Through the study of Transmutation, Firyen can Transmute his Velen spirit energy into a tangible extension of his body, which takes the form of a velvet wolf head. The wolf head is launched at targets, using its powerful fangs to bite into targets, potentially dealing lethal damage while also serving to bind them.
Inspired by Zeno Zoldyck's Dragon Head technique, Firyen tailored it to suit his needs. He can fire up to two wolf heads, one from each hand. By infusing his Human spirit energy into the technique, he can cover it in a film of black and turn the technique into a mobile grapple. When used as a grapple, he can either launch himself into his targets to seize the initiative and continue attacking, or aim for distant areas to supplement his mobility and/or redirect himself. He can also use this to do the opposite, dragging his targets to him or slamming separate targets together.

Brutal Impulse- Through the study of Emission, Firyen can release both spirit energies as powerful and versatile, velvet black projectiles. The projectiles can take the form of claws, hands, fangs, tails, etc. He can also fire off powerful waves of energy, which require more Aura. When used up close, this technique is even stronger since he can strike the target physically first, before unleashing his attacks at point blank range.
With inspiration from Silva Zoldyck's Explosive Orbs, he can create large spheres of energy and hurl them at targets with massive explosive force.
This technique can be charged up at will, and when all of his Aura is released at one time, it's arguably his most destructive and powerful ability.

Ancestral Pack- Through the study of Conjuration, Firyen can Conjure velvet dire wolves of Velen spirit energy made physical, which rush into and tear apart targets with their fangs and claws. They're considered low-functioning Nen Beasts, whose primary directive is assault on specified targets. They can be seen even by those without Nen.
Through the study of Manipulation, Firyen can imbue the dire wolves with Human spirit energy to grant a subtle shroud of black Aura, in order to give them proper pack functionality, which allows them to chase after targets without his presence, or even serve as scouts. At this point, the Nen Beasts are considered high-functioning due to their ability to act independently.
This technique allows him to create up to 100 wolves at most, when he's only focused on it. He can also create just one massively powerful and effective wolf in this case, while actively adjusting the technique in between those two extremes of quality and quantity.
With Emission atop Manipulation, he can utilize the wolves as long-distance transportation, for himself and others, by detaching the Aura from himself, which allows for the purpose to be fulfilled without his further input. In this state, the wolves will carry out any orders even if Firyen himself is disabled or knocked out. He would only use a few though, as he would be missing Aura proportional to the number while performing other actions.
As long as the Conjured wolves haven't been destroyed, Firyen can regain any Aura used upon their return to him.

Cruel Memory- Through the study of Manipulation, Firyen can utilize his Human spirit energy to inject targets with his claws, temporarily forcing their emotions and desires to spike dramatically. This allows him to make targets cause disruptions and distract targets if necessary, even though he doesn't have the talent for manually controlling other living things. As this technique lets him turn an otherwise calm target into a mad monster, even if only temporarily, he absolutely hates using it since he doesn't want to manipulate others. As such, he only uses it on others when he has to. Against stronger Nen Users, this technique will still send them into a rage if he's completely focused on them and can get close enough to stab them with a claw.
The real reason this technique was given its name, is that Firyen can inject his claw into his own head, Manipulating himself. In this case, his body is engulfed in a powerful black Aura, as he's temporarily possessed by his Human ancestors. In this state, his ancestors collectively have complete control over his body, allowing him to communicate with them, asking them to lend him their knowledge and aid him in something he lacks the skills to do himself, at all or effectively. When in this state, he becomes impossible to influence from the outside, and he has no control over what his ancestors will actually do. This makes it necessary for him to beg them to aid him as needed, which is something he'll only do when he can't see any other way out of a sticky situation. When being possessed, he's subjected to the sensation of pain and suffering that his ancestors felt in death, along with their worst memories and experiences.
He can set the amount of time to affect others or be possessed, the longest time for his possession being up to an hour before he can't withstand the pain. He's had to use this in the past, in order to save others with medical knowledge he didn't possess.
Allegedly, he can use this technique to do the same thing in Velen form, with his Velen ancestors, but it would only be possible if he could actually use Nen in that form. He's even more reluctant to cross his Velen ancestors to get control of his Human body.
Although he physically can't stand anything about this technique and its functions, he accepts that there are times where he'll have to use it.

Background: Figimrgrymnern was born the youngest of four brothers, all princes of the mighty Dark Continent Empire of Vrusari. There was a very polarizing catch, however. His mother was Human, a woman named Shearah, a leader among the Human society who grew close to the Vrusari King, Azhulirymnern. While the Velen and Humans had gotten along for ages, the newest conception had been a point of concern for both sides, as it marked the first time a Velen child would be born of mixed blood. The child's birth was a stunning spectacle, as he displayed the natural ability and inclination to transform from Velen to Human without sign or warning. The three princes had already been wary of their new mother, however their little brother posed a significant threat to them over time, especially as it became evident that their father favored him.

Shearah, in spite of being close to the Velen, had always had trouble with pronouncing their complicated names, thus she referred to her husband as Azhul and her son as Firyen. She doted on their child freely and openly, initially so captivated by him that she didn't see tensions boiling on both sides. News of the hybrid's birth spread throughout the civilizations of the Dark Continent, with many observing the events surrounding his conception. Azhul was also blind to his own people's feelings, as he found himself charmed by his son. For the first decade, things were peaceful and happy for little Firyen, who had the complete love of his parents, both of whom sought to nurture his two sides while figuring out ways to connect them, given the boy's personality seemed to change from passive to aggressive, from Human to Velen respectively. The good times quickly became strained, however, when they began to introduce their boy to the two societies he should have been beholden to.

The Humans and Velen both felt similarly, unsettled by the child, who would go from one spectrum to another. As a Human, he was too different from the rest, as a Velen he showed moments where he seemed as if he could potentially be more monstrous than them. His two natures were somewhat in conflict, as could easily be observed, which bothered both sides greatly. The Humans were afraid of what his existence might mean, as his instability was a huge issue. The Velen, primarily bolstered by the fearful princes, Vhilithymgern, Cnazmthrymren and Xaiorhulryrgen, quickly became critical of the child. The princes each feared that their father would make their brother the next King, and though the King favored him, the society followed the will of the princes in time. The heart of the matter quickly came to be that Firyen was too different, incapable of identifying as either Human or Velen, given he was something between the species. It wasn't long until their concerns turned to disdain, which led to discrimination from both sides, which the boy should have rightfully been part of.

Fearing the growing tensions of both sides, Azhul and Shearah did their best to shelter their child and keep him from the public, trying to think of ways that both sides could be appeased. During this time, Firyen, who innocently tried to get close to his brothers, was punished for doing so. As the boy had an unnatural vitality, the princes often abused him in various ways, ensuring he wouldn't inform his parents, who were none the wiser given that he never had lasting injuries. Firyen didn't know any better and believed that the abuse was how one should show affection for their family. The truth came to light during a visit from a close friend of Azhul's, the Dragon King Cherranen. Cherranen had gotten attached to the boy quickly, later catching sight of the abuse, which the other three princes had been hiding. Shearah was angry when the Dragon informed her, painfully informing her son that his brothers wouldn't treat him that way if they cared for him. Understanding that he was being hurt unfairly shook the unfortunate boy considerably, causing him to ask his brothers how they felt. The three admitted that neither could stand him, that his very existence sickened them and that everyone else felt the same way. This broke Firyen's heart, leading to the first of many incidents that would inform his future.

Avoiding his brothers at all costs, Firyen would sometimes find himself unable to escape when they sought to hurt him. In one case, Cnaz got too carried away on his own, causing the hybrid child to awaken to Nen, something they'd been trying to avoid by being careful in how they abused him. The second prince severely injured Firyen, leaving behind the scar on his cheek and being answered by an explosive release of his innate ability. This marked him as a Genius, however it further widened the gap between him and his people, who were now fearful of the overwhelming power he had. Cnaz, who had been injured in the awakening, later tried to kill his little brother in genuine, which caused Shearah to take him away from Vrusari and to the human society.

Life with the Humans proved treacherous in its own way, as Firyen constantly overheard them speaking harshly of him and his mother. The more passionate ones naturally took to abusing him too, as he tried to avoid confrontation. When he was falsely accused of stealing, the law came down upon him, though Shearah protected him while angrily chastising her people for being so cruel to a child. The years of abuse on both sides tore at Firyen, aggravating his already unstable nature in the worst ways. During a breakdown, he unintentionally injured his mother when she tried to comfort him, leading the Humans to make an attempt on his life themselves. Azhul came to take his wife and child back to Vrusari after silencing the Humans with force. Even though Shearah recovered, Firyen's instability only worsened as he couldn't forget the moment that he nearly killed one of the only beings that actually cared for him.

Back in Vrusari, Firyen avoided his mother out of fear of hurting her. He even tried to stay away from Azhul, scared he might do something to make his father start treating him badly as well. As he isolated himself, he became an easy target for his enemies, his brothers especially, who bore a grudge from what he did to Cnaz in the past. They resumed their abuse, more furiously than ever, with support from their subordinates as well. Like a caged animal, the hybrid child was beaten and tortured relentlessly, his mental state deteriorating further and further as he lashed out at everyone around him more and more, his volatile Nen a massive threat. Shunned and cruelly abused by both sides, the boy ended up unable to reconcile his two natures. He hated himself for being born the way he had, and the two sides became twisted by this, especially his beast nature. One day, where he'd been reacting out of defense, he completely snapped under the abuse and went on a rampage, his Hatsu producing unbelievable damage and killing many, both Velen and Human. He was stopped and calmed by Shearah and Azhul, both incredibly powerful Nen Masters, however their son's state broke their hearts. As both sides called for the boy's execution, they could only protect him by keeping him locked away from everyone.

A couple of centuries passed, with the poor child having suffered more than ever, this time due to his imprisonment. He felt betrayed by his parents, rejecting them whenever they tried to appeal to him. During that time, his hatred festered and manifested within his Velen side. His natural Genius in Nen didn't make things easier, as the two sides of his overwhelming power spoke to and tried to provoke him into choosing what he wanted to be. Of course, with everything that happened, he hated himself and couldn't do a thing to change it.

The Velen and Humans who loathed the hybrid came together and started a bloody conflict as they sought to put an end to the abomination once and for all, fearing the day he'd break free of his prison. Azhul and Shearah tried hard, but realized they couldn't protect their son and quell the rebellion. They made a difficult decision as the people drew in to end their child, asking Cherranen to take him far, far away, to a place where nobody would ever find him. Where he could be free to live as he desired, without fear of being hurt again. Cherranen spirited his nephew away amidst the bloodshed, saving him from the angry mob. In a state of delirium after viciously fighting for his life, Firyen was informed by his uncle that he should find a place of his own, where nobody would ever hurt him again. The boy was dropped in the place most far removed from what he had always known, right into Lake Mobius.

For an unknown amount of time, all the hybrid felt was cold and encroaching darkness, as he drifted the seas of the Lake until washing up on the shore of the Begerosse Union. Upon coming to, he was plagued by the last things he remembered, as the two sides desperately aimed to end him, his parents' safety unknown. Between the stress of the prior events and suddenly finding himself in an unfamiliar place, he roamed in a wild, feral frenzy. He came upon the people of Begerosse, who reacted with fear and tried to chase him off, provoking him. He attacked a number of villages, towns and cities, injuring and killing many as if in a trance fueled by bloodlust, although it was because they grew hostile first. The Begerosse Military eventually came after him, but he was too fierce and powerful for them to handle, his Nen allowing him to easily overcome even their best efforts. Begerosse realized they had a monster on their hands that could potentially endanger all life in their Known World, declaring the beast an A+ Rank Threat on par with the Five Great Calamities which they'd encountered during the trips into the Dark Continent.

V5 convened to handle the threat, hiring both the Hunter Association and the Zoldyck Family to quickly and quietly suppress the threat to humanity as efficiently as possible, at any and all costs. Isaac Netero, leader of the Hunter Association, answered the request immediately, taking with him three Zodiacs, Ging Freecs, Mizaistom Nana and Botobai Gigante. The Zoldycks answered by sending Zeno, Silva and Maha Zoldyck. The seven top tier Nen Masters arrived in Begerosse to chase down the A+ Rank Threat, ultimately ending up together upon locating him. The creature initially addressed them with a fearsome growl which put each of the seven in apprehensive tension as they felt the continent rumble beneath them. The job was to suppress the threat, however, so they ended up engaging anyway. The terrifying beast shocked them with an explosive release of Aura, the likes of which none had ever experienced. It answered their actions, fighting back with wicked and lethal power which easily remodeled the majority of the landscape. The battle was long, proving to be the greatest which any of the seven had none until then, lasting a month and a half as they learned more about their foe and how to handle him, taking turns to allow for rest and recovery between bouts. It was when they'd finally worn the creature down, that one realized something. Silva Zoldyck took the lead in the end, approaching the beast with a gamble as he showed no intention of attacking further. The rest were appalled to find the creature buckle before the man before succumbing to exhaustion. They were further shocked when the creature transformed into a very young boy.

As per their contract, they brought the boy before the convened V5, whom were informed by Silva that the damages he caused were all because he felt threatened, not because he wanted to cause trouble. The recounted events of the long battle caught the V5 off guard, especially when the boy suddenly transformed back into a beast upon finally waking up. Silva's claim was proven, as he easily subdued the beast with a simple and gentle touch. When he later returned to being a boy once more, he was only willing to speak to Silva and the other six. He quelled much of his prior confusion upon realizing he was in Lake Mobius, introducing himself as Firyen. The V5 remained assembled for what was the longest session in history, with the boy taking time to get his thoughts together, informing them of his nature and sharing details of the Dark Continent. Although he hid the fact that he was Dark Continent Royalty, the information he provided substantiated many of the experiences the Known World's governments had discovered and kept secret. They met for weeks, with Firyen telling them more and more. He gave them many new details on those dubbed the Five Great Calamities, as well as informed that the Dark Continent's, wild and immeasurably inhospitable environment was tamed by the beings there in their own ways, with societies far advanced beyond theirs in many ways. He admitted that medical knowledge, technology and such were highly developed and made Lake Mobius' look ancient in numerous regards. The one thing that the Known World had over the rest, however, was weaponry as Firyen confirmed after being shown the weapons of mass destruction. He was informed by the seven to not share what he told them, that the Dark Continent's societies didn't care for weapons since they had overwhelming power and control over the ability known as Nen, which made weaponry obsolete and unnecessary for them.

The significantly informational summit of V5 concluded when the leaders were forced to accept that Firyen wasn't lying, that they could use his knowledge in the future. Each leader desired to have the boy become their property, but their designs were squashed when Silva decided the Zoldycks would take responsibility for him, something that none could object to given the family's power and capacity. It was decided that Firyen would be adopted into the Zoldyck Family and raised by them, especially since he was clearly most attached to Silva and Zeno after time. His true nature was designated a top secret of V5, known only to them and the seven. Firyen initially seemed sad to find that Netero, Ging, Botobai and Mizaistom wouldn't be with him, since he came to like them as well, however they assured him that they would more than likely meet again. With all said and done, Silva, Zeno and Maha escorted the beast boy back to their home on Kukuroo Mountain.

Firyen's life as a Zoldyck started out rocky, as he met Kikyo, Illumi, Milluki, with Killua born soon after, then later Alluka and finally Kalluto. He found it difficult to adjust for a while, especially when Tsubone and Gotoh were assigned by Silva and Zeno with helping to teach him how to use Nen properly as well as teach him discipline. The biggest issue was the difference between his new life and his previous, as he was always expecting to be punished whenever he did something. It took over a year for Firyen to finally start warming up to everyone else beyond Silva and Zeno, primarily thanks to Amane, who was constantly with him for assurance, and later Canary. He eventually started to act more like an actual child and grow up somewhat normally. He took to training with an uncanny knack, impressing the entire Zoldyck Family on numerous occasions. His resolve won the respect of all, when he came up with the Vow and Limitation that he placed upon his Nen, as they saw that he came to think that he had to find the strength to defeat his own weaknesses and flaws. Of course, no matter how things went, even as he became closer to them after numerous mistakes and moments of care, something in him kept its distance. This was concern, as he could never completely forget his parents, feeling worry over what became of them after he was sent away. Between his varied training, he was shown different parts of the world when Silva, Zeno and sometimes Illumi would take him along on their contracts. During this time, he was also sent to Heaven's Arena, where he began climbing and fighting, a test of his self-control.

In time, he was seen as a proper Zoldyck, though he always acted like he was their servant. He got along very well with the youngest, and alongside Killua, proved instrumental in keeping Alluka under control and safe, as her other side, Nanika, was a denizen of the Dark Continent like him, something he only told Silva, Zeno and Maha; though he didn't understand how Alluka came to be possessed by Nanika. When the rules regarding Nanika were discovered, Firyen had played a role in helping, but kept the secret rules hidden in a promise between him and Killua.
Speaking of, Firyen was also summoned to V5 numerous times over the years, as he grew more, answering questions and offering input on new innovations in technology with his insight from the Dark Continent. Ultimately, he realized that they had a desire for him to be their guidepost for when the day came that they would return to the Dark Continent. This was something that pained him, because he didn't know if he wanted to go back at all. However, he understood that he was indebted to them all for giving him the chance to find the place he belonged, so he also decided that he would do whatever he could for them, should that day come.

While performing his duty to the Zoldycks and carrying out an assassination contract, he had an encounter which changed his life forever, when he met a certain girl in Yorknew City. Meeting and getting involved with Cheria Laraine provided him with something new, nostalgia. The first time he caught her scent, he was reminded of his mother and ended up becoming concerned for her when he realized she was suffering. As he got wrapped up in her life and ultimately saved her from her pain, just as he was saved by Silva, Zeno and Maha, he had unknowingly discovered his first love. Her acceptance into his new family made him elated beyond measure, the boy quickly becoming clingy, with Zeno commenting that he may have been more clingy to her than anyone else. Her addition to the Zoldycks resulted in Firyen becoming happier and brighter than ever, with the two going through a number of experiences together from then on.
When Firyen told Cheria about himself, he was again reminded of his mother, when the girl comforted him and felt sorrow over the way he'd grown up.

About a year after Cheria joining the Zoldyck Family's servants, it had become clear that she was the best at calming him when he lost control. Isaac Netero requested for Zeno to send Fi to him, since he wanted to see the boy's growth with his own eyes. Sending Cheria along, Zeno agreed and Fi set out for the Hunter Association. His arrival was kept quiet, with only the Chairman and the Zodiacs receiving him. Cheria hadn't truly grasped how important Firyen's existence was until that moment, as she suddenly found herself meeting some of the most influential individuals in the Known World. Netero was initially confused about Cheria's presence with Fi, but that confusion was later cleared up. Netero tested Firyen in a number of sparring matches to evaluate him, getting caught off guard at one point and using his Hatsu to severely damage the boy, which set him off. The beast was quickly calmed from its rage by Cheria, whom was shockingly fearless with regard to her master. During the remainder of their stay, Firyen and Cheria were trained by the Zodiacs and became rather close to most alongside Netero. They also got to meet the elusive Ging, who hadn't gotten directly involved until near the end of their time their.
When the trip was over, Netero and Zodiacs told Fi and Cheria that they would be waiting for the two to take the Hunter Exam.
Following this, Firyen returned to Heaven's Arena at the urging of Netero and the Zodiacs, where he entered the top floors and faced off with many other Nen Users, before he claimed the grand position of the 248th Floor's Floor Master.

A year later, the two encountered the Phantom Troupe on a contract, which led them to adding the heated Annabel Noelle to their team. Following this, they took on a number of contracts while doing work as bounty hunters alongside other freelance jobs. Annabel was a difficult addition, initially, due to her hatred of Silva Zoldyck, however something of an understanding was formed to allow them to stay together. Fi found himself often getting between Cheria and Annabel when the two would argue or fight, as it came to be clear that the two were natural enemies of one another.

The following year proved the most hectic yet enjoyable of Firyen's life, as he and his two friends took on a staggering number of challenges. Finally deciding it was time, Firyen applied to register for the upcoming Hunter Exam, with Cheria and Annabel naturally following his lead for their own reasons. As the time drew near for the end of the deadline, December 31st, the hybrid boy had another encounter upon a visit with V5. He made the acquaintance of a remarkable, charismatic and enigmatic man known as Beyond Netero, who informed him that the day would come for them to embark on a new journey together. Fi was shocked to suddenly be meeting the son of Netero himself, but couldn't deny the resemblance between the two, even putting aside the fact that their scents were the same. Although he was impressed by the man, he was also unsettled by the thought of going back to his home. Before leaving the V5 summit that time, he also met Ging once more, the man already aware that he'd applied for the exam. Ging could see Fi's internal conflict without being told, telling the boy that he should just focus on becoming a Hunter, first. That after that, he'd be free to do just about whatever he wanted, and that he should just do whatever made him happy, until he found the answer to the question that had always been on his mind. As Ging left, Fi was surprised as he had been every time they met, because the man was always able to seemingly see right through him no matter what he was thinking.

Upon returning home, Firyen was more heated than ever for the Hunter Exam, using all the time up to it to do as much as he possibly could. Currently, he, Cheria and Annabel are on a complicated contract, however in its aftermath, they shall take the Exam to become Hunters. What kind of insane people and adventures will they encounter along the way?

Hunters of the Association Vide
PostSubject: Re: Hunters of the Association   Hunters of the Association I_icon_minitimeSun 16 Jul 2017, 02:22

Name: Cheria Laraine

Age: 16

Home: Born in Yorknew City, she currently lives on Kukuroo Mountain as an assistant, rather than a servant.

Affiliation: The Zoldyck Family

Career: Bounty hunter who performs freelance jobs in various fields. She's also Firyen's assistant assassin, having been entrusted by Zeno with keeping the Velen Prince out of trouble, an incredibly sadistic request in hindsight.
She aspires to become a Youth and Beauty Hunter, as well as a Deep Sea Hunter, while also going along with whatever Firyen decides to pursue.
She dreams of one day building an academy to save, shelter and raise troubled youths, the same way which she was saved by Firyen.

Appearance:
Hunters of the Association Cheria

Character Traits: Cheria is an incredibly strong swimmer, being frequently compared to and described as a mermaid. She has an insane lung capacity and can hold her breath for over a few hours at a time.
She's a very thoughtful and kind woman, who can make others feel comfortable without having to try to do so. She's very intelligent and understanding, capable of learning very quickly even when a subject is foreign to her initially. On the surface, she seems like a sweet goody two shoes, but she expertly hides a very whimsical and cruelly playful side, which primarily comes out when she believes someone bears ill will toward her friends.
She feels that she owes Firyen a debt that she can never repay, having decided to live the rest of her life by his side and in his favor. While she's sweet to most of the people she meets, he's the only one that she can be said to be truly loving toward. Despite being younger, she frequently ends up being treated like she's his master, something she finds embarrassing. Upon meeting Silva for the first time, he noted that she has a natural affinity for becoming an assassin, were she inclined to do so.
While her loyalty is to Firyen first, she's also devoted to the Zoldyck Family and treats their members with the utmost respect, even though she's always casual and natural with Firyen himself. She's particularly attached to Killua, Alluka and Kalluto, who each treat her very fondly. She avoids Illumi, not because he disturbs her, but because she's afraid of revealing that she's probably the same as him when it comes to Firyen, something which Illumi immediately recognized and called her out on in the past.
As noted by Illumi, she's actually extremely overprotective and possessive of Firyen, but tries not to show it unlike him with Killua. She's capable of being just as venomous as she can be sweet, when she feels the need to be. She has a very strong sadistic streak.
She behaves very maidenly at times, having shown nervous apprehension at the thought of sharing a room with Firyen, especially since he didn't think anything of them sleeping together. This is somewhat alleviated by the fact that Firyen frequently ends up on the floor or sleeping outside, but she's always conscious of him as a man. Her embarrassment has lessened over the years, as she got used to being around him, but she has an overactive imagination and frequently has rather freaky and kinky dreams about herself and him. She's also forced to hide the fact that she gets turned on whenever he sniffs or licks her.
Her reason for wanting to be a Youth and Beauty Hunter is to be able to live as long as she can and remain as beautiful as she can in the process, to stay with Firyen as long as is humanly possible. She's aware of his race and knows that he'll easily outlive any Human under normal circumstances.

Action Statistics: She inherited her aquatic nature from her mother's genes, being one of the strongest swimmers out there. Thanks to the time she's spent in the sea, she boasts immense stamina and endurance contrary to her delicate appearance. She has a very high threshold for pain tolerance and resisting discomfort.
Though she's something of an amateur in a fight, she displays shocking talent in assassination techniques, having picked up on martial arts very quickly despite having no combat experience beforehand. Killua taught her Shadow Step and Rhythm Echo, being impressed by the fact that she learned to silence her movements and learn the technique in a month.
Thanks to her Nen, she's able to swiftly expel any impurities from her body with ease, granting her extreme resistance to poison and other similar threats. She's also highly proficient in the use of ranged projectiles, primarily throwing knives and darts.
While she's still playing catch up to the Butlers and proper Zoldycks, she displays great talent and fortitude, building and improving her skills greatly in a short period of time. She can be considered to be an expert in espionage, and while her raw combat skill is only adept, she's already proven herself to be an incredible assassin. She prefers to end battles before her opponents can fight back properly, but when forced to fight up front she typically chooses to fight defensively, only attempting to strike when she's confident that she'll land a blow. She's best at a distance, rather than up close, unless in the middle of an assassination.

Nen Type: Transmutation with a focus on Enhancement and Emission. She has the ability to drink water and convert it into Aura, which causes her to carry around obscene amounts, which she can chug down in minutes. So long as she has gallons of water and the energy to keep going, she can recharge her Aura almost infinitely, which makes her very useful in extended support roles.

Aura:
Ten- She is proficient in Ten and keeps it active at all times when she's awake.
Zetsu- She is highly proficient in Zetsu, thanks to her assassin training.
Ren- She is proficient in Ren.
Gyo- She is proficient in Gyo.
En- She is proficient in En, her maximum range being 8 meters.
In- She is highly proficient with In, being capable of concealing her Nen expertly.
Shu- She is highly proficient in Shu, using it to strengthen her projectiles to rival bullets.
Ko- She is an amateur with Ko, only capable of using it safely on a target that's unaware of her.
Ken- She isn't too good with Ken, but can employ it when she's standing still.
Ryu- She is proficient in Ryu, exhibiting very keen Aura control.

Hatsu: Aquarius- Utilizes Transmutation to copy the properties of water, wielding water Nen for a variety of effects and uses. Her Nen Ability allows her to employ water as her tool in combat, even granting control over real water.

Oceanic Burst- Transmutes Aura into a cannon of water Nen, which is Enhanced and strikes across a distance, while relying on water pressure to deal heavy damage. The range is considered medium, as the power drops steadily beyond 15 meters, for every extra meter it aims for.

Sea Shooter- Transmutes Aura into a large sphere of water, which is Enhanced and Emitted to rapidly fire bullets of water like a gatling gun. While this Hatsu has much higher range than Sea Burst, it can't deal as much raw damage at one time.
The water bullets are comparable to an actual gatling gun with the force and momentum produced on firing.

Ocean's Grave- Transmutes a mass of water, which is tailored to her target. The water engulfs targets to bind and drown them rather brutally if they can't escape. She typically uses this to cover just the head of a target. Against skilled Nen Users, she must use more Aura to lessen their chances of escape.
When seeking to subdue a target, she can trap their limbs in multiple masses of water. She also uses Enhancement to strengthen the water as needed.

Marine Tendrils- Transmutes Aura into tendrils of water, which are Enhanced to function as whips. The whips strike with immense force, backed by water pressure. They can reach up to a maximum range of 5 meters.

Background: Born the only daughter of Sonia Laraine and Kirce Racan, Cheria had a rather happy childhood in Yorknew City. Her mother was a professional diver and swimming instructor, who was very popular in the city. Her father was a pretty well known Sea Hunter, which was how he met Sonia, the two falling in love while working together. Growing up, Cheria wanted for nothing, their family being well off with many friends. She inherited her mother's talents, Sonia often referring to her as her Little Mermaid, as she taught the girl everything she knew about swimming and diving. Kirce used to express sadness over the way Cheria clung to her mother, but could understand that the two were bound by their love of the sea and swimming. He was always happy to take Cheria along, whenever they went out on a job to dive for treasure, create updated naval maps or track rare aquatic animals. They were truly a family that thrived on the open seas, often spending weeks and sometimes months at sea together. Unfortunately, like most good things, this happy and adventurous life came to an end. This childhood story took a bitter turn after she turned 6, when on a simple job to chart out the sea floor of a specific area on the ocean. What should have been standard became tragic, as something unexpected approached.

The family was with their group, disciple fledgling Sea Hunters who worked under Kirce and had been like family to Cheria and Sonia. Cheria had been playing on their boat with the two girls of the group, while Sonia and Kirce dove with most of the men. Cheria had been the first to realize something was wrong, when she sensed that something was amiss. The others were surprised when she voiced her concerns, which were quickly confirmed. The seas became violent as a gargantuan sea creature appeared, seeming somewhat serpentine and diving down. Cheria and the girls were shocked, moving to the side and looking overboard to realize the monster was attacking the others. The seas were so violent that they couldn't make out anything happening, the ship being pushed far from where it had anchored. The chaos caused them all to panic, especially as they saw blood within the water. Eventually, some emerged from the depths and barely made it to the ship. When Cheria realized her parents were missing, she learned that the two had distracted the monster long enough for them to escape. Kirce was launched out of the water and onto the boat, severely injured. He was delirious as he begged the others to do something for Sonia, who'd gotten him away and stayed behind. The monster returned to the surface, which cause Cheria to painfully realize that her mother was gone. As they made their escape, the creature kept after them viciously, nearly capsizing the ship multiple times and dealing significant damage. When they got close enough to Yorknew, it mysteriously gave up and left, making the survivors very lucky.

This event quickly spread through the news, Hunter friends of Kirce's, as well as friends of Sonia's, coming to give their condolences. Cheria was completely crushed, never leaving her father's side as he recovered over time. Since then, their life could never be the same. After making a full recovery, Kirce was left with brutal scars over his body, the monster having apparently taken a number of chomps out of him. Where he'd been energetic and spirited, he became quiet and somewhat withdrawn. He ignored Cheria for a few months, often just staring out vacantly at the sea. The group wondered if he wished he'd died with Sonia. The survivors were the ones to try and help raise Cheria during that time. Then Kirce finally seemed to get some spirit back, however he was nothing like before. He was consumed with rage, hatred, for the ocean and everything in it, as well as the creature that had taken the love of his life from him. It quickly became evident that he desired revenge at all costs, pushing his team extremely hard and running them ragged in his quest to gain as much funds as possible and gain the resources to track and kill the monster. It became his reason for living, the unknown monster consuming his every thought. The team couldn't bear the way he carried on, being pushed away and sorrowfully leaving.

Left alone with her father, Cheria's life became one of misery. Kirce's anger and drive was forced upon her. He pushed her in cruel ways, to force her to be better. Desperate for money, she was made to slave away for him on various jobs, never showing her an ounce of concern. Whenever she complained, he'd tell her that they owed Sonia this, that they had to avenge her and he wouldn't allow her to abandon that duty. As the years went by and she became more beautiful, her father's treatment grew harsher. He couldn't stand that she looked so much like her mother, and even though she'd stopped complaining, always doing as he said even though she didn't want to, he drank more and more, sometimes hitting her when she tried to get him to stop. At times, he'd even beat her just for being near him. The poor girl's entire life became working herself to the bone, suffering abusive words and actions from her father. She tried to leave once, but he brutally forced her to accept that she had nothing without him. The old team tried to keep in touch with her over that period, but she never knew as her father kept their correspondence hidden and threw away anything they sent. She learned the truth one day, when she caught him burning a letter addressed to her. She managed to take it from him before it burned, seeing just enough to realize that the others were always concerned for her, that they wanted to take her in if she wanted to leave Kirce. Her father was furious, claiming they were traitors who abandoned them and spat on her mother's memory. When Cheria argued with him, for the first time in a long time, he snapped and beat her unconscious. When she recovered and left the hospital, he somehow managed to become even colder and crueler than ever before. At that point, she had given up on ever being able to leave him.

Sometime after she turned 13, she had a fateful encounter that would ultimately change her life for the better. While out to buy her father more alcohol, she came across a strange 15 year old boy. She normally did her best to avoid drawing attention, or showing too much attention to others, however his dog-like ears and tail caught her attention, just as it had others. By the time she realized she was staring, he had noticed her and advanced. The boy approached her, noting that he could tell she depressed. When she hesitantly pulled away and tried to leave, he told her to eat dinner with him. She quickly realized he wasn't giving her a choice. As she ate with him, she felt something she hadn't in a long time, warmth. He didn't want anything in return, as he told her, he just hoped that maybe he could cheer her up with whatever was going on. She didn't know it, but she was heavily drawn to him in those brief moments. He never asked her about her situation, even though he clearly wanted to, but she found herself talking about her mother and what happened to her, as well as how horrible her life with her father had become afterwards. Before she knew it, hours had passed and she was extremely late to return home. The boy, Firyen, suddenly decided to carry her to her home. At the moment, flustered as she was when he picked her up without warning, she didn't question how he somehow knew where she lived. He informed her that he was gonna be in the city for about a week on a job of his own, encouraging her to be strong and try her best to show her father that she didn't want to be miserable. Kirce was upset at her late return, chewing her out without letting her respond.

The next day, while she was out to go pay for the house bills, she came across the boy from the previous night. He seemed to be watching someone, but quickly noticed her when she hesitantly decided to approach. She was caught off guard by how happy he was to see her, apologizing and introducing herself when she realized she hadn't before. She didn't realize it as he spoke with her, but she cracked a smile, which Firyen told her was beautiful. Having never heard such a thing beyond sleazy and creepy men, she felt her heart skip a beat. When she again apologized for bothering him since he seemed busy, Firyen assured he wasn't and made her show him around the city since it was his first time there alone. After paying the bills, she led him around and the two spent the whole day together. For the first time since her childhood, she had fun speaking casually with someone around her age. She had started out rigid, but the boy made her feel comfortable, much like her mother always used to. In the evening, he walked her back home, where her father was waiting outside. Kirce admonished her for being out so late without contacting him, and the boy took responsibility, informing him that he'd made her show him around the city. Cheria was surprised as she felt that Firyen was stern when talking to her father.

The next day, when she went to work, relieved she wasn't punished, Firyen was waiting for her. He eagerly accompanied her to go work, claiming that he was curious about what normal jobs were like. Unlike the previous two times she'd met him, the boy seemed to be getting clingier and clingier to her, something which made it impossible for her to relax no matter what they were doing. When they were eating pizza for lunch, he licked some sauce from her face, which caused her to faint. She woke up with her head in his lap, shocked to see how concerned he was, having freaked out after she collapsed. She nervously told him she was just tired after everything, with the exhaustion having caught up to her. The boy seemed disappointed by her claim, making her wonder if he could tell she was lying. Her father was mad when he learned she'd skipped out on some work, yelling at her when she returned home. Firyen, however, interjected and told him to lay off, since she was exhausted and passed out because of it. She was shocked that her father didn't argue with the boy too much, especially when he promised that he would help her complete all the work she had to do. She wondered if her father, perhaps, was wary of Firyen. As the boy had said, he kept coming back to help her with any work she did, while making her take breaks and have fun as they traveled the city together. One day, he couldn't make it since he had to carry out the job that he was there for. When she was tiredly returning home, she looked up at the full moon to see the boy that had forced his way into her life, as he leapt from a tall building. The sight made her faint again, and she once more awakened to find herself with him. Firyen was relieved, telling her that he was looking for her after finishing his job, that he'd found her passed out. She decided that she was seeing things before and didn't mention what she thought she saw. When she looked around, she realized she was in a hotel room, his. Firyen told her she should stay the night, once again giving her no choice in the matter. The experience ended up a sweet memory she'd cherish forever, as she remembered what it was like to be happy again. Firyen encouraged her to order whatever she wanted through room service and happily indulged her in anything she wanted to try or do after she loosened up. The two went to sleep very late, and though Cheria had managed to forget all her troubles for the first time, there was another new one. She found it almost impossible to sleep, as Firyen was right next to her. Eventually, she did manage to fall asleep, waking up to find the boy wasn't in bed with her. She quickly realized something else was there in his place, a giant slumbering beast. The girl gasped, waking up the creature. When it turned its attention to her and came near, she inadvertently screamed and shut her eyes, thinking she'd be eaten. After minutes passed, she opened her eyes to find the beast was sleeping again. She was shocked when it transformed into the boy she'd been crushing on, who was also uncharacteristically irritable when he woke up later.

Realizing what had happened, Firyen explained to her that he wasn't actually human, that he'd come from a place very, very far away. He informed that he must really like her, because his beast side made no attempt to harm her when it was awake. This sent the young girl's heart into a maidenly storm, which she managed to repress upon realizing she had to go home. Escorted back by Firyen, Cheria returned home to find her father had passed out slum drunk the previous night. She reluctantly said goodbye to Firyen, who told her he was going to check out of the hotel. When Kirce woke up, it was in an even worse mood than usual. He demanded to know where she was the previous night, but knew she was lying when she claimed that she fell asleep on a bench after work, since she blushed upon recalling the experience she had. He accurately deduced that she had spent the night with the boy, calling her a slut as he hit her. As he proceeded to beat her while shout derogatory insults, he was stopped and pushed aside by the boy. Firyen was pissed, his hair now dyed white as he demanded to know how Kirce could treat his one and only daughter so wickedly. Snapping in rage himself, Kirce suggested that he brought her into the world, so he was the only one allowed to decide what would happen to her. He attacked the boy with a strange power that Cheria couldn't see, though she realized that Firyen could and that he shielded her with his body while fighting back. This enraged him further as he realized that Kirce didn't care if he hit Cheria. Transforming into a beast, Firyen attacked relentlessly and even without the ability to use Nen in that state, he caught Kirce off guard in the confined space of the house, uprooting and ripping it to shreds as he sought to end the man. When the beast had her father pinned, Cheria cried out for Firyen to stop. Her voice gave the beast pause and she took a chance to touch it. When it looked at her to see her crying, he returned to normal. Kirce was terrified, shouting that Firyen was a monster, just like the one that killed Sonia. With a sigh, Firyen confirmed and noted that the monster was taking his daughter far away from him. Cheria was shocked as Firyen asked her to go with him, but found herself agreeing immediately. When she looked back, she only saw her father slumped over in the ruins of their home as people flooded the area to find out what had happened.

On an airship ride overseas, Cheria was silent the entire trip, though Firyen never left her side. Upon arrival, she finally found her words and thanked him for protecting her. He ended up telling her about Nen when she asked, explaining the basics of her father's power. He informed her he had brought her to his home, where she was shocked multiple times. First upon hearing that Firyen was an assassin and that he'd been in Yorknew for a contract, next that his family were all assassins, then that they lived atop a crazy dormant volcano with their many servants, and finally that Fi was actually from the Dark Continent. He admitted to Cheria that he knew the monster that killed her mother, referring to it as a Lagiacrus, a strong creature native to the seas of the Dark Continent. He also informed her that she was the only one who was ever able to stop him in his enraged beast state, admitting that her voice and her touch were things he could clearly remember, even though he blacked out in that state. Firyen didn't realize how it sounded, but the girl had made up her mind right then and there, that she would stay with him no matter what. She was introduced to the Zoldycks, with Zeno surprised to hear that Fi had gone so crazy for the girl. When Fi asked if Cheria could live with them, Zeno and Silva both approved.

Over time, the Zoldycks observed the interesting dynamic between Firyen and Cheria, realizing that she had a miraculous gift for calming him when his switch got flipped. While living with the insane family, she became well acquainted with the servants while serving as Firyen's assistant. Upon being trained in Nen and as an assassin, she was proud to learn that she had a natural aptitude. Her time with the family changed her and she steadily became more and more open, primarily with Fi, along with Killua, Alluka and Kalluto. Interacting with Illumi made her reluctantly admit that she was an extremely twisted woman, her main desire being to stay by Fi's side no matter what happened. She was praised by Silva, who recognized that she'd spare no effort to do anything to help or protect Fi. Her time with the Zoldycks became the best of her life as she became devoted to Fi and his adoptive family. Since the day Firyen rescued her and saved her body and heart, she has resolved to always follow after him, no matter what he may choose to do.

Name: Annabel Noelle

Age: 20

Home: Meteor City

Affiliation: Former member of the Phantom Troupe.

Career: Having once been part of the Phantom Troupe, as well as being a denizen of Meteor City, she pursues jobs deeply involved with danger.
She doesn't care about becoming a Hunter, she only wants the privileges that come with the distinction.

Appearance:
Hunters of the Association Scathach_fate_grand_order_and_fate_series_drawn_by_bu_li_e3fd92b388dbacd72b78ba65735a6d1b

Character Traits: Annabel is an extremely athletic and acrobatic woman, with a very strong sense of adaptability and zero shame. During her time in the Phantom Troupe, she was number 4 and still has the tattoo on her back to prove it, though she put a line through the number after quitting.
She's a very strong-willed woman who prefers to keep things as simple as possible, rarely lying to herself or those around her. She's extremely direct and frequently probes others up front, even about things she knows they'd rather keep to themselves. She can be called an open book, with the way she acts, typically wearing her heart on her sleeve. If she likes someone, she makes sure they know; if she dislikes someone, she never makes any attempt to hide it. She has a strong sense of debt and loyalty, being unable to stand living without paying someone back when they do something for her, whether she asks for their aid or not.
When it comes to her allies, Annabel finds it easy to befriend and get close to people, learning about what makes them tick. She would rather die than betray someone, even a person she's just met. When told secrets, she always keeps them if she knows that the other party wants her to. Thanks to her personality, she's extremely resistant against torture and would literally take information to the grave with her if revealing it would hurt her comrades.
Typically, she spends her free time drinking and relaxing, but primarily drinking. She loves all liquor, but her favorite is irish cream and she can drink it all day. She has an inhuman alcohol tolerance and has been noted to be able to drink beyond her weight without the slightest traces of alcohol poisoning, though she does get drunk after a while. It can be said that she's drunk 50% of the time, at least partially intoxicated 30% of the time, buzzed 15% of the time and sober 5% of the time. She doesn't need an excuse to drink and always carries liquor wherever she goes, even electing to drink in combat and life or death situations. Her preference is to drink with others, especially those she's close to, but she's excessive in her treatment of them, never allowing people to stop when they want to.
She exhibits lackadaisical behavior, rarely getting worked up over anything with some exceptions. Her day to day behavior can only be described as slovenly, as she happily makes messes with no sense of desire or urgency to clean up after herself. She's extremely dependent on her friends, as she needs them to clean up for her, cook for her, make sure she stays clean, etc. When she's drunk, her body always feels warm or hot and she hates wearing clothes, leading her to strip on a dime without caring for who sees anything.
When she gets serious, she's extremely sharp even while drunk, as liquor doesn't actually reduce her ability very noticeably at all. Her allies know that she's serious when she won't drink, which is a strong indication that extreme danger is near.
In regards to the Phantom Troupe, she was one of the original members and cares deeply about her fellow founders. Even after leaving the group, she's partial to them. If she ever goes up against the Troupe, she'd be rather lenient with them to offer a good chance for them to get away. She was closest to Machi, Shizuku, Pakunoda, Chrollo and Feitan, though she'd become somewhat distant when the former #8, her big brother, was killed.
In regards to her current team, she has a rather complicated relationship with her two allies: She adores Firyen, who takes care of her without a care, teasing him frequently and referring to him as Rin-chan. She found that she enjoyed his company more than she ever did any member of the Phantom Troupe, finding him to be extremely cute. The two frequently spar and drink together, while chatting about random and primarily nonsensical things. The more time she spent with him, the more she realized that she was likely falling in love, something she had no desire to run from, due to her nature. The only time their relationship can be called tense, is when it comes to the Zoldyck Family, as she loathes Silva for killing her brother, thus viewing the Zoldyck Family rather hostilely.
Cheria is her natural enemy, the two getting on like water and oil. The two frequently argue and fight, sometimes playfully and much of the time seriously, even coming to blows at some points. She can't stand Cheria's overprotective tendencies and possessiveness toward Firyen, often choosing to screw with her by openly flirting with him before her eyes. She can't stand how serious Cheria can be when they're working, and how she can't take jokes lightly, acting like she's their mother. Her favorite way to tease the girl is to comment that she thinks she's noticing some wrinkles on her face, something Cheria falls for every time, leading to another fight. Despite their antagonistic relationship, she respects Cheria's ability and does actually care about her.
She gets unsettled frequently when she's with Firyen and Cheria, as the fact that they never make sound when they move bothers her greatly. She constantly begs the two to try and make some conscious sound, at least when they're alone with her, so she knows they're there. Since the two both find it so difficult to appease her on that front, she's constantly using En to make sure she knows they're with her.

Action Statistics: As a result of her life of survival in Meteor City, she grew up very strong, durable and athletic, teaching herself to to fight and protect herself.
She's a very skilled martial artist, excelling in hand to hand combat with years of experience. Her main specialty is mastery over the bo staff, however, and she carries a special segmented staff, which can be folded for easy transport, or split up to be used like nunchaku; there are chains built through the weapon which allow her to wield it at a distance. In combat she takes an acrobatic approach, often attacking from aerial positions and maintaining an airborne advantage over her opponents. While she prefers serious duels against one other opponent, she's also strong and skillful against groups.
Despite using a bo staff primarily, she has shown a remarkable ability to enhance her weapon with Shu, being capable of piercing her targets like she's using a spear, or even cut through them like she's wielding a blade. Her reflexes are incredible and her reaction time and control are high enough to be capable of deflecting, parrying or even reflecting bullets and other projectiles without taking damage. She's extremely powerful up close, electing to stay in her opponent's face to strike relentlessly.
Those who have watched her can't deny that she's very elegant when she moves, her fighting actions being described as artistic by onlookers. Thanks to her experience and the difficult life she led, she boasts very high stamina in battle and is capable of taking a lot of damage while continuing to fight.
As she spends a lot of time meditating, she can maintain focus even when she's drunk, making her dangerous at all times. She rarely even lets her guard down when she's sleeping, as doing so in the past could've cost her life.
Even when wielding her staff, she uses everything at her disposal, combining her acrobatic ability with her weapon's utility and the muscle memory she trained so hard to build up. This results in her being a very skillful warrior who can put up a fight from any distance, as she also uses her surroundings in battle thanks to a keen situational awareness.

Nen Type: Enhancement with a focus on Emission and Transmutation. Having formerly been the second strongest member of the Phantom Troupe, in terms of physical strength, her mastery over Enhancement has granted her body immense resilience. Even unarmed, she's a mighty force of destruction, who has been compared to advanced military weapons.

Aura:
Ten- She is highly proficient in Ten and keeps it active at all times when she's awake.
Zetsu- She is highly proficient in Zetsu, thanks to her time in Meteor City.
Ren- She is very proficient in Ren.
Gyo- She is proficient in Gyo.
En- She is proficient in En, her maximum range being 15 meters.
In- She is slightly proficient with In, being capable of concealing her Nen when she has to.
Shu- She is extremely proficient in Shu, using it to strengthen her her bo staff.
Ko- As a Master Enhancer, she has mastered Ko, being capable of freely employing it in combat at will when using her bare hands.
Ken- She is very proficient with Ken and can defend herself well.
Ryu- She is proficient in Ryu, exhibiting very keen Aura control.

Hatsu: Gae Bolg- Enhances her staff through Shu with a beautiful scarlet Aura, causing it to take on the form of a spear. In this state, her offense is significantly increased as her weapon is greatly strengthened. She relies on this ability against dangerous foes.
Utilizing Emission, she can separate the Aura from herself to throw her weapon and maintain the effect, producing a powerful spear projectile.

Red Roulette- Expanding on Gae Bolg, this ability calls upon the Enhanced scarlet. Her Aura is Transmuted to mimic the sharp quality of a spear, allowing her to produce deadly Nen spearheads with multiple thrusts, unleashing them at targets both close and distant.
These projectiles boast immense piercing power, being at least as dangerous as sniper rounds. Utilizing Emission, she can charge her Aura with Ren and fire off a single giant spearhead with destructive force that exceeds most explosives.

Ruby Riot- Enhances her fists and feet with a scarlet Aura, allowing her to strike with immense force behind each blow. This Hatsu allows her barehanded attacks to pierce and cut through her targets.
She can also Emit the Aura while attacking, to unleash ruby red, gem-like spheres which strike her targets with explosive blunt force.

Scarlet Scourge- Transmutes her Aura to take on the qualities of a spear, projecting it from her body freely to unleash a powerful scarlet wave of piercing and cutting Aura, which devastates her targets within a circular radius. Before the wave is unleashed, it serves to temporarily Enhance her physical ability significantly, giving her a brief edge; this allows her to close gaps more effectively, overpower those stronger than her and break defenses to ensure a direct blow.
This Hatsu is strongest when unleashed at point blank range, though it retains its maximum power for up to 5 meters before experiencing sharp damage falloff. It's typically unleashed with a palm thrust.
She gets the most usage out of this ability when holding the Aura long enough to chain attacks against her targets before finally releasing her power, as the wave will strike all targets within 5 meters with full force.
The maximum range of effectiveness can be extended to 10 meters if she releases the wave in a forward half circle, rather than all around her.

Crimson Streak- An alternate form of Scarlet Scourge, where she can Emit a powerful stream of Aura in one direction, rather than a wave. With this version, her body is still Enhanced by the Aura before release, but her attacks produce short-range bursts of additional offensive Aura, which increases her damage when focused on specific targets.
When the Aura's released, it takes the form of a thick stream that streaks across a vast distance to lethally pierce its target. The stream travels faster than bullets and has a maximum effective range of 150 meters, before the damage drops off steadily over every additional 10 meters.
With this version, she can actually maintain the Aura of Enhancement until the very end, turning her own body into the projectile in order to dramatically increase her speed even further in a single burst. When used in this manner, the maximum effective range is cut to 75 meters, before the damage falls off steadily over every additional 5 meters. At this point, upon reaching her target she actually disperses the Aura outward to strike with explosive force over piercing force.
When used for the sake of covering distance in an emergency, she can withhold the Aura without ever releasing it, provided that she doesn't attack at all prior. In this case, she's able to actually sustain the effect for up to 15 minutes, though she has to expend a lot more Aura in order to change the direction she travels, since making contact with anything will slow her momentum and cause the Aura to fizzle out more quickly.

Background: Abandoned by their parents from a young age, Annabel and Severin Noelle ended up in and grew up as denizens of Meteor City. As far back as she can really remember, Annabel was struggling to survive alongside her older brother, who had protected and raised her through her early years. By the time she was 4, she'd already developed a sense for survival that was keener than the majority of adults. Although Severin had initially sought to give her a good life where she wouldn't dirty her hands, he was forced to acknowledge that his little sister wasn't the sort of girl who would just sit back and let him fight for her. The two frequently worked together to live, carrying out any number of activities. Thievery, scams, spying, they did whatever they could to get ahead and keep one another alive. Despite their youth, their talents were quickly recognized by the Mafia community, alongside other powerful underground organizations.

When she was 7, she and her brother were given a job from the Mafia to steal back an expensive treasure that was recently stolen from one of their members. The indoctrinating laws of Meteor City stated that inhabitants' bonds were thinner than water yet thicker than blood, with denizens more than willing to law down their own lives for fellow denizens. As a matter of course, this meant that Meteor City inhabitants would only kill one another in very extreme circumstances. Although the Mafioso who hired them wanted the thief dead, the siblings decided they would pull it off without going that far. They managed to track the thief down to their hideout, casing the area before moving in for the item. Through thorough planning by Severin, they successfully infiltrated and retrieved the item, however they soon realized it wasn't a single thief, but multiple. Finding themselves surrounded, that marked the first time the Noelle siblings met Chrollo Lucilfer, Feitan Portor, Machi Komacine, Nobunaga Hazama, Franklin Bordeau, Phinks Magcub, Pakunoda, Uvogin and Shalnark.

Chrollo quickly established himself to be the leader, admitting that he was impressed by the two, given that even though they knew the two were coming, they were still caught off guard by how efficiently they'd infiltrated. Severin had accurately measured that they were outmatched, however Annabel flew off the handle to attack, though she was shocked to be subdued with ease by Machi, with a strange ability she couldn't perceive. Chrollo offered the siblings a choice, telling them they could have the artifact back and fulfill their contract, or that they could join the group in teaching the Mafia a lesson on pitting Meteor City inhabitants against one another. Severin quickly agreed to follow along, mostly out of concern for his sister, who went off on him, livid over his decision. The group, particularly Uvogin, were highly amused when Annabel began to angrily bite her brother in frustration.

Later calming down, Annabel and Severin were introduced to the others properly, with the girl trying to keep her distance in spite of her brother's choice. With Chrollo's guidance, they carried out a plan where they returned with the artifact to draw in their employer, with the rest appearing to subdue the Mafia and steal much more than the two would have been paid. At the same time, they delivered a firm warning not to mess with their people, by killing the top Mafioso in front of his subordinates. When they disappeared without a trace, the Mafia later described the experience as being assaulted by phantoms.

The success of the plan caused Severin and Annabel to grow closer to the group, though the girl was very resistant for a while. Thanks to Machi, Pakunoda and Chrollo, however, she ended up warming up to them eventually. The siblings were given rough Nen Training, both exhibiting considerable talent, with Uvogin thoroughly impressed by how tough the little girl was; having taken a deep interest in her, he was also the one who introduced her to alcohol without a care for her youth. A year later, after working together multiple times, Chrollo gathered everyone together and held an event which formally gave birth to the future menace known as the Phantom Troupe.

The Phantom Troupe's founding marked a sort of revolution in Meteor City, with even the City's leading Elders seeing them as outliers even within their home. They essentially became untouchable, carrying out a number of high risk heists and killing anyone who dared to get in their way. Over the years, the Troupe became one of the most major assets of the City, their name becoming known all throughout the underworld. The Troupe was now one of the most feared, mysterious and lethal groups in the world, many afraid to even mention them in whispers. The group had also become a family with unbreakable bonds, throughout their experiences. Annabel became one of the assault specialists, usually alongside Uvo and Nobunaga, while Severin aided the brains of Chrollo and Shalnark. Over the years of their infamous rise to notoriety, they were joined by members who came and went to fill the last of the 13 spots in the Troupe.

When Ann was 16, the Troupe was targeted by someone with a deep-seated grudge toward them. This adversary hired the world's most terrifying family to deliver judgment upon them, marking their first encounter with the Zoldycks. Silva Zoldyck took on the Troupe numerous times, before he struck the decisive blow he was hired for, when he killed Severin right before his sister's eyes. That moment scarred the entire Troupe with the loss of their dear member, but none so far as Ann herself. The girl, who had always been loose with liquor, became even worse from then on. She became reckless, consumed by anger and hatred for the man who took her brother from her. Although the Troupe kept her grounded, when they were apart, as they would often separate to handle their own business, she furiously sought to track down Silva and exact vengeance.

Three years later, the Troupe gathered at Chrollo's order, to steal a priceless heirloom from a very wealthy man of extreme resources. They learned through resources from Shalnark, who had gotten his Hunter License, that the man had hired the Zoldyck Family to kill anyone who came for his treasure while it was in transit. When the time came to act, the Troupe was kept at bay by a skilled Nen User who controlled water, while a boy with animal features confronted them directly. Chrollo was surprised to see the boy, whom he recognized from Heaven's Arena, a fellow Floor Master whom he'd yet to compete directly with. Introducing himself as Firyen Zoldyck, the boy spared no effort in taking the fight to the Troupe with guerrilla tactics while his client's men kept at work in transport. Supported from a distance by the water user, the Troupe was forced to defense for the first time in years, unsure of what their opponents could do. They tried a number of approaches, but were consistently countered. Annabel, of course, was struggling to control her rage toward the Zoldyck Family, barely kept in check by Machi's watchfulness.

The heist turned into a battle of attrition, with both sides feeling the other out. The Zoldyck assassin and his ally had organized the client's men in an easy to defend, difficult to challenge position, Chrollo and Shalnark unable to stop themselves from being impressed by the capacity of their foes, in spite of the difference in power between both sides. When things were too drawn out, Annabel finally snapped and advanced. When Machi tried to stop her, Chrollo told her to let Ann go wild. The sole surviving Noelle child breached the defense with explosive power, tearing through their defensive lines like an unstoppable weapon. The water user, Cheria, attempted to stop her but was overpowered. Before the younger girl could be finished, Firyen intercepted and protected her, sending her to reinforce their clients as the Troupe took advantage of their ally's reckless charge. Annabel's anger exploded against Firyen as they fought an all out battle, intensifying when the boy boldly declared Silva was like a father to him. Of course, the animalistic Zoldyck proved to be a fearsome tactician, as the interior of the fortified position was one where he and Cheria could fight unimpeded while invaders would struggle against the terrain. Even when Nobunaga and Machi reinforced Ann, Firyen kept the upper hand due to his skills. When things came to a head in a dramatic climax, Firyen and Cheria put the Troupe in check by subduing and holding Ann hostage.

Unable to proceed, this became the second time the Troupe was defeated, with the enemy promising to release the girl once the client's business concluded. During this time, Firyen spoke to Annabel from his heart, informing her that he wouldn't allow her to hurt his family, no matter how she felt, because just as they'd been following their own rules, so too was Silva simply carrying out his contract. Although she hated his words, something about the way he spoke them resonated with Annabel and she stopped struggling against him. As promised, she was released once the Zoldyck's fulfilled their contract, with the Troupe later stealing the treasure anyway. During that time, Ann noticed Firyen and Cheria present but standing aside, to the fury of their client. When Fi apologized because he had no reason to act beyond the completed contract, Ann was caught off guard. With the Troupe separating, she pursued Firyen with interest for a couple of months, clashing with Cheria as she grew closer to the boy. In the end, she found herself charmed in spite of his allegiance and loyalty to the Zoldycks, ultimately leaving the Troupe on amicable terms and becoming Firyen's comrade.

The girl proved a challenge, not just in how stubbornly she chased Firyen, but in how little regard she showed for herself. While Cheria constantly got frustrated with her, Firyen was all too happy to take care of her. Although she's never been able to accept or act nicely with the Zoldycks, Silva in particular, she found herself extremely attracted to Firyen himself and stuck around. Even when the two clashed over Silva, no tension or argument could make her turn away from the boy she'd become so interested in. Allured by the way he lived, how he constantly attracted trouble more than anyone she'd ever known, she was enamored with him himself and all of his interesting choices. She recently even admitted that, although she'll always cherish the Troupe, she had come to feel that being a team with Firyen and Cheria was where she belonged. To that end, she would follow the two in whatever they decided to do, even begrudgingly helping them when Firyen was given contracts for the Zoldyck Family.

Hunters of the Association Vide
PostSubject: Re: Hunters of the Association   Hunters of the Association I_icon_minitimeSat 05 Aug 2017, 07:57

Name: Hand, Profiles names are Ryu or Ryoba (Pronounced Riioba), Luminescent aka Umi, Origami aka Ori, And Nocturne aka Noct

Age: Real age unknown, Ryoba appears to be between the ages of 12 and 15, Umi appears to be between 14 and 16, Ori looks to be 19 and Noct is early 20's

Home: Winter’s Fangs an isolated mountain range high into the stratosphere that is never in the same place.

Affiliation: Meteor city, The Lin Kuei (Guildmaster) , Handyman’s guild (Unknown)

Career: Works for the Handyman’s guild taking any and every job he can. Motivations change based on the profile's personality

Appearance:

Ryoba
Hunters of the Association A516d710

Umi
Hunters of the Association Umi10

Ori
Hunters of the Association Umi_or10

Noct
Hunters of the Association Noctur10

Character traits: Hand is hard to categorize as each of his profiles is essentially a completely different person. What is known that each day two profiles are picked at random by The Dealer. One operates in the light and day and the other activates in the dark and at night and should the day end even in mid-fight they have changed out once again. Little is known about the profiles, including how many or what they are but each is rather distinct. Ryoba so far is the only profile to carry the traits of the Yuki-onna heritage and tends to give off a carefree/ surfer vibe. Even in the most dangerous situations, he remains cool as a cucumber as if nothing is out of the norm. An oddity of his is that he displays inhuman abilities when playing competitive sports or games. Another one is that he likes to think things out while hacky sacking snowballs. Some personal quirks when using his aura and Nen is his skin and lips pale and take on a bluish hue. His clear(Appear red) eyes turn purple as the clear lenses turn a clear blue. He also carries Mint leaves (used to help drop his temperature quickly), Cinnamon sticks (To raise his temperature enough to sweat) and a Smooth rock (For salivating). The most noticeable quirk is he tries to find a way to train himself in everything he does. And takes his training the most seriously. Umi is energetic and headstrong usually diving into situations with little or no concern. Ori can be the coldest at least personality-wise he is cold and calculating rarely ever having an outburst of emotion. And while he may be always calculating he also is known for listening and taking care of his allies. Then there is Noct the most abrasive of the Profiles also the darkest, he always wants to fight or as he puts it to be entertained. He is strong like his personality and can unintentionally offend others or mock other's ideals without knowing it making many believe that he does not care. However, should he be entertained, by sparring, fighting, arousing activities, or just conflict, in general, he will be less pragmatic or dare we say bearable.

Through training, Hand and his profiles have developed a high tolerance of poison. He has also discovered that he can drop his pulse much further than others the lower his internal temperature drops. A personally harrowing form of training conducted by a man known as the Mender is believed to be the reason that each of his profiles is so different in appearance. Such as the contrast between Ryoba's toned and girlish figure no matter how much he lifts and Noct's manly and muscular physique.

Action Statistics: Ryoba tends to address each situation in its own perspective, choosing to use what he feels will be necessary for each exchange. This even goes so far as making a new Hatsu on the spot assuming he can pull it off! That said some constants that always happen are that the more he uses his aura and Nen. His temperature drops lower and lower frosting his skin and numbing his nerves. If the fight goes on long enough snowflakes actually start to sprinkle off him.

Umi uses his fighting abilities and Nen in tandem, his fighting style has often been compared to the Norse god Loki as he uses his Nen manly to disorient and trick his opponents. If that proves ineffective he will change tactics on the fly enforcing his techniques making them lethal. Often allowing him to outsmart someone that thinks he is a one-trick pony.

Ori tackles combat as a strategist, rarely making the first move unless he has to. His every action has a purpose and he never stops observing his opposition until the battle is won. And even then he remains ready.

To Noct each battle is like a flip of the coin. He is either nerfed or about to let loose either way he is in for an interesting fight.

He has mastered several martial arts techniques and assassin techniques using them in conjunction with his Nen abilities. he has mastered the use of weapons from a young age when he struggled with controlling his abilities.

He is also adept at all things stealth even though his abilities aren’t the best suited for said tactics. He mastered the art of silent stepping and running which he uses in tandem with holding his breath due to lung capacity training. Although he has to tap out at much quicker due to the oxygen burning of running. He even developed Hatsu for stealth that involves making ice in his mouth. The deadliest of these Hatsu is the essence of winter’s blood to drop in his targets drink which he activates after they drink to freeze in their throat.

Nen Type: Hand is possibly a Conjurer do to the creation of Dealer, Ryoba is a Transmuter of Cryomancy, Umi is an Emitter whose Nen is projected as Light, Ori is either a conjurer or emitter that controls and creates paper. Where Noct is either a Manipulator or an Enhancer.

Hand has multiple limitations the first is Devil's Draw, Dealer chooses the profiles for each day. Heaven and Hell, By light and Day he is one profile and by Night and shadow, he is another. 12 Sins, Dealer has a hand for each month representing a different board game randomly shuffling the profile's piece and counter piece.

Ryoba has the Limitation known as Zen the sacrifice of Ego. It forces him to be in sync with his negative and positive sides with one of the translations being. His right side is the raw and destructive power, and the left side channeling control and life.

Ori has taken the limitation that if he ever takes the life of an innocent that his life shall be extinguished.

Noct has made a limitation that he can not use Nen against anyone weaker than him, his limiter instantly activates the second a fight begins.

Aura: Ryoba Is in the constant pursuit of making his reflex and aura one, not entirely for combat but rather so he can conquer the destructive side to the Yuki-onna. Umi is similar to Ryoba except does not have control of his Ryu and only uses it instinctually. Ori is less proficient in Ryu but more proficient in Enable to get it to 3 meters while standing still. Noct refuses to use any advanced technique other than Ryu.

Ten-Always active. Extremely skilled in can maintain even while sleeping

Zetsu-He has mastered the art of Zetsu

Ren-He is very proficient in the uses of Ren when fully unleashed it has been compared to the sensation of death. It is the feeling of the absence of heat, blood runs cold nerves numb and the despair of endless darkness.

Gyo-Very skilled in the use of Gyo, and through much training and trial and error he developed a way for himself to use Gyo in one eye and still use a portion of it to block.

In-Is quite proficient with In, I mean he was trained as a ninja assassin that had to carry out kills

En-He is skilled in En, he can extend it for 1.45 meters although sometimes he reduces his range to .90 meters and makes the other 2 meters into snowflake branches. Or any other variation he feels like. People far smarter then he would stress that it is far less useful this way but he does it anyway.

Shu- Again as a Ninja he was trained in weapon use for multiple reasons so he has learned how to use this quite well. However, he almost never has a weapon so this is only used on items or things made with his Cryomancy

Ko-He is very skilled in Ko

Ken-He is very skilled in Ken

Ryu- He is the most talented in this and the one he has the most potential in

Hatsu: Dealer- Conjured by the infant Hand before he had any profiles. Rarely ever seen Dealer is often seen as a cloaked figure with 12 massive hands coming from it's back. For every month that has passed that many hands are fists. Very little is known about its purpose.

Hunters of the Association Vide
PostSubject: Re: Hunters of the Association   Hunters of the Association I_icon_minitimeWed 03 Oct 2018, 23:19

Name: Wilhelm Owlin

Age: 23 years’ old?

Home: Not sure had to flee when vary young and has not found anywhere that quite feels like home.

Affiliation: Last surviving member of the Owlin Family, Handyman's Guild

Career: Right now Wilhelm is doing odd jobs as a Handyman, as for the Hunter he aspires to be as of now Archeological Hunter but only time can truly tell.

Appearance:
Hunters of the Association 24515

On full moon nights
Hunters of the Association Wereowl

Character Traits: Wilhelm has been a very unfortunate person. He is a Wereowl that was born on a full moon as his father was being slain by a Lycanthrope hunter. Once the hunter finished with his father they set sights on his mother killing her in front of Wilhelm, after her he was next but with the heat of the moment Wilhelm was able to freeze the hunter for a moment or so, allowing Wilhelm to escape.
As a result of what happened Wilhelm has Emitted an owl out of his aura infused with his Lycanthropy so even the most skilled Lycan Hunter can’t tell he is one. Wilhelm is a very kind and trusting person who put others wellbeing before his own. One thing all know about Wilhelm is that trouble seems to seek him out, even the most mundane tasks becomes a troublesome ordeal when Wilhelm is involved.

Action Statistics: Being defenseless while his parents were killed Wilhelm never wanted to be defenseless again so throughout his life time Wilhelm trained with every weapon and martial arts he could. Wilhelm also studied meditation to find his calm but it did nothing for his misfortune except for his survival. Now Wilhelm is a weapons master and martial arts expert.

Nen Type: Wilhelm Nen is Emission with focus on Manipulation and dabble in Transmutation. A main Emission Wilhelm has is his Owl Nightshade which is the Emission of his Lycanthropy so Hunters won’t know him a Lycan. Now on full moon nights Wilhelm and Nightshade merge causing him to becomes his lycan form and his Nan becomes Conjuration focusing on Manipulation and a dabble Enhancement.

Aura: Through his rigorous training in the martial arts and weapons many of the Auras were trained without his knowledge.
Ten- Has mastered ten and can do it at all times even while sleeping.
Zetsu- At a young age Wilhelm had implored Zetsu due to fear. Through the year he mastered Zetsu.
Ren- Wilhelm is very proficient with Ren.
Gyo- Can use Gyo but relays on his natural instincts to tell him what’s there though if it absolutely need he’ll employ Gyo.
In- Has mastered In as it being one of the major Auras needed to conceal his Lycanthrope in plain sight from those Hunters that deem his kind monsters the must be destroyed.
En- As a child Wilhelm use En while sleeping but now that he is grown he prefers his senses to En with that being less trying on Nen.
Shu- Use in tandem with the weapons he emits to add to their strength.
Ko- Can use to an extent that it is in tune with his natural instincts.
Ken- Is proficient with Ken but only uses it in certain situations.
Ryu- One of the rare beings who employ this Aura defensively predicting enemies attack and focuses Nen where it is most needed.

Hatsu: Hidden Truth: Wilhelm created this ability do to witnessing his mother being murdered with his new born eyes. With it he places lycanthrope into an emitted beast, his owl Nightshade, so hunters specializing in identifying his kind have no clue to his true nature.

Weapons of Virtue: This Technique is a combination of Emission and Manipulation where Wilhelm emits weapon that grant virtuous traits to the wielder.

Good Feathers of Control: Wilhelm usually just uses this technique on full moon nights when in hybrid form, but can in normal form if need be, where he uses his feathers to manipulate people and objects. Like with his Weapons of Virtue he mostly uses the feathers to bolster others emotions though brings objects to life.

Ancestors: An ultimate technique Wilhelm is working on where he emits what a Conjured consciousness he considers ancestors in owl hybrid form wielding the weapons of virtue at the moment he can only emit two to three, with three it is taxing.

Background: As described before while being born on the first night of a full moon Wilhelm’s father was murdered, or killed for most feel him and his family were monsters, and after his birth his mother was also murdered right in front of his new born eyes. He himself was to be next ending his family line but something inside Wil snapped; maybe survival instincts, maybe dumb defiance, these days it’s referred to as Nen. Wilhelm was not going to die, he reached out his feathered wing arm and placed hand upon the Hunters foot and his eyes for which were open since he emerged from his mother’s womb and witnessed his mother murdered seeing the life leave her eyes, steeled and shone with a hypnotic shine froze the Hunter instilling Wilhelm own fear upon them allowing his escape.

Still in progress

Name: Amelya Iris Eidola

Age: 19 years old

Home: Tiberang City her family has their own Manner

Affiliation: Handyman’s Guild

Career: At the moment she is a student but she wishes to follow Wilhelm in becoming an Archeological Hunter

Appearance: Hunters of the Association Anime-sarafenix-35238501-1280-800

Iris one of her main personas
Hunters of the Association E9350139f9b591f84d45f02e15487e25

Character Traits: Amelya Eidola is a very shy and meek individual who keeps to herself but has a longing to be more outgoing. Due her personality she can sometimes be manipulated from the slightest show of attention. This trait will be out grown when she is used by someone in which she does something grave in order to free many from something she caused. Amelya can barely heard when she speaks making it where only those close to her, which is very few, can understand her. If befriended the right way she is fiercely loyal and even protective.
Iris Eidola, Amelya’s main persona not being her, is a wild Huntress that is outgoing and always heard. She goes after what she wants and takes it by force if needed. She is far from naïve and if you try to use her best be ready for severe consequences. Iris feels most at home when in the wilderness surrounded by wildlife and nature. Befriend her, which isn’t easy, and she is fiercely loyal and even protective.

Action Statistics: Amelya Eidola does all she can to avoid combat not being fond of confrontation. She was enrolled in martial arts by her parents gaining the knowledge but could never put them to practice which perplexed her parents. From this discovery Amelya was then put in the Chess Club grooming her into being an adept strategist, in fact talking strategy is one of the few times she can be understood by all. Her abilities also make her good support in combat.
Iris Eidola never runs from a fight in fact she thrives on combat be id intellectual or physical. Try to argue a point with her be ready or a debate and though she will admit defeat she doesn’t lightly. Iris seems to be able to enact the knowledge of martial arts that her and Amelya have learned. In combat she has your back and if she considers you part of her pack she’ll protect you even if it means sustaining an injury. She prefers bladed weapons considering them her claws and teeth.

Nen Type: Amelya Eidola is a Specialist and her unique ability is her storybook in which she write her stories some of which are of what she wishes she could be, Her Iris persona, and others of fantastical worlds she envisions. Amelya soon find out that in writing her stories she is able go in to them and live them out, then she found she could bring her personas from her book to the world still being in the back seat witnessing the happening as if she did when reading in her mind. Hence the manifestation of Iris Eidola and if needed she could still influence Iris’s decisions almost as a conscience. Amelya also found out that she can make the world around become one of her stories and the only way to free those still of their mind but having to play a role was to finish the story whatever the circumstance!

Aura: Though Amelya did train or should I say learned martial art she wasn’t aware of Nen so she has just started to work on her Auras recently.
Ten- Just learned but she learns quick so she always has it active while awake but no when sleeping nor does she want to yet not wanting to prolong being 19.
Zetsu- Has learned but only uses when necessary in fear of dropping her defense.
Ren- Learned and employed for the first time the time she first met Wilhelm and since then she has practiced to gain control to prevent the incident from happening again.
Gyo- Just learned and still working to improve having Wilhelm as her teacher.
In- Learned recently but is one of the main Auras she works on because Wilhelm urged her to conceal her storybook.
En- Another Aura new to her but one she works hard on improving for she, and Wilhelm, believe it essential to her Nen ability to bring her story to the world around her within the En field.
Shu- One she trains with no avail it seems but Wilhelm explains that Iris will want to use it when she fights.
Ko- She practices Ko to have the knowledge but doesn’t use to much do to the vulnerability but could be used in strategy later.
Ken- Uses in her training to improve En and for defense whenever combat commences.
Ryu- Practices always to find any way it may help with her Nen ability.

Hatsu: Amelya doesn’t have many of these as she grows so does her Hatsu. The one concreate Hatsu she has at the moment is:
Iris Eidola: Kind of her alter ego a Fierce Huntress that gives on cares of what people think. Iris is grand fighter that takes what she wants by force if needed. Amelya developed this persona after meeting Wilhelm feeling that it being the only way of being with him on the nights of the Full Moon, though that not being true for he always has control, plus Iris is who she always wished to be.

Background: Your life up until now.

Name- Ursula Lotus Eidola “Urie”

Age: 21

Home: Tiberang city, the family mansion is there

Affiliation: none at the moment, will be Handyman though

Career: Having spent most of her life in a wheelchair she wants to travel the world alongside Ryoba

Appearance:
Hunters of the Association B8c28d10

Hunters of the Association 192cf410

Character Traits: Urie was born with a degenerative disease and lost the ability to walk at a very young age. Her family spared no expense at trying to cure her but nothing was worked, all the treatments did was cause her pain. And was the crucible that helped to accept the hand that life had dealt her. She discovered for herself that not all strength is physical, for she had a strong spirit that allowed her to overcome her setbacks.

She has a weakness for food, luckily she has an iron stomach as she has the ability to digest anything since she unlocked the knowledge of Nen. Said consumption only seems to go to her curves.

She is kind, strong, fierce, welcoming and known to be explosive at times like all the power puff girls wrapped up into one.

Action Statistics: She has an amazing upper body and abdominal strength due to growing up without her legs. So her basic form of fighting is a style of boxing, although her trainer (Ryoba) is putting her leg work on the fast track to catch up. Although it is when she takes a seat that she is the most dangerous using emission to attack with phantom limbs that react like Vectors.

Nen type: Enhancement with a strong focus in Emission and Transmutation. Although Ryoba pushes her to train in all fields. She took a limiter known as sacrifice, where she gives up the ability to use her legs for increased power.

Aura:

Ten- She is skilled in Ten and is able to keep it active at all times.

Zetsu-She is able to perform Zetsu

Ren- She is very proficient in the use of Ren

Gyo- Able to use Gyo as intended

In- She can use in

En-She is proficient in En even more then Ryoba which she often teases him about. Her maximum range is 5 meters. Unless she is using her limiter in which case she can reach 9 meters.

Shu- She is rather good at using Shu, Which she often uses to coat her wheelchair and beat people with.

Ko- Ko is like second nature to her, which isn’t always the best thing

Ken- She is very proficient with Ken

Ryu- Is her weakest ability which is funny since she is learning from Ryoba

Hatsu:

Vectors- An emission ability that is the formation of phantom limbs that she can attack with at all angles and multiple foes. They can also be used to herd a vigilant opponent into one of her physical attacks
